Here is some useful information :

TRANSLATION :

The website can be translated into english. To choose your language, you need to click on the tab on the top left and choose.

Some patterns are translated into english, the dimensions are in inches and centimeters, the printing size is in the A4 and US letter. I will add new patterns in English regularly.

The documents such order summary or invoice are currently in french.

We will do our best to improve the website for english speaking people.

 CUSTOMER ACCOUNT :

To order a pattern, you have to create your customer account on the website.

To mention your country for USA and UK, please note that United States (Etats-Unis in french) are with the E list and United-Kingdom (Royaume-Uni in french) is with the R list.

PAYMENT METHOD :

The website offers several means of payment : by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS) or by PAYPAL.

DOWNLOAD THE PATTERN :

After your order, you will receive by email an order summary with a link to download the pattern(s).

Please check your spam if you don't receive it.

To download your pattern(s), you can also do it with your customer account, by clicking on "detail' of your order. You can download your pattern(s) with no time or number of time limit.
